Nikki Wottrich has been a Senior Director and Matchmaker at Selective Search for over 20 years. She is also part of the Client Relations Team, working directly with prospective clients and onboarding them in their search process. A graduate of the University of Arizona, her strong work ethic and background in Communications helps her to passionately and continuously strive to deliver exemplary service and genuine empathy to her clients. She is known for her thoughtful assessments, keen intuition, and commitment to understanding the full picture of each client’s preferences and goals.

Genuine and caring with great listening skills, Nikki consistently demonstrates she has her client’s best interests in her advice, in her judgement, and in her heart.
